About Us
Energicert are based in Harrogate and have been carrying out EPC surveys since 2007. We work cleanly and always carry over shoes to protect the property from dirty foot prints. All our work is supervised and accredited by ECMK and is normally carried out by the end of the following day.
Our surveyors are all CRB checked and carry identification at all times.
Energicert are EPC surveyors, who have specialised in carrying out EPC surveys for the Solar Industry.
We understand that if the property does not meet the required 'D' rating as it stands, our software allows us to model-in the expected solar array to see what the rating will be when the array is fitted. If this still fails to meet the 'D' rating we can model-in further the most cost effective improvements to meet the 'D' Grade.
We will carry out surveys from 8am until dusk or 8pm.
